The Isolation Port (MSD) Lockout Device is designed to block off Electric and Hybrid vehicle Manual Service Disconnect (MSD) ports. It features an adjustable bar and cam action that allows it to be locked off with a 6.5mm insulated padlock (part number LOP4540 – supplied separately).

This device prevents unauthorized reinsertion of the isolator and restricts fingers from touching live terminals. It is a small but essential piece of equipment to ensure the safety of technicians working on Electric and Hybrid vehicles.
